A yorkie holding a sign that says "got insurance?"

A common barrier to routine veterinary care is financial. Added to this is the assumption that if a pet looks and behaves normally, they’re healthy. But in order for a pet to truly thrive and meet their healthiest potential, prevention is the key to success. Warding off contagious and/or preventable diseases, reducing the impact of external and internal parasites, and maintaining optimal weight are all part of our pet wellness plans. Designed to help owners achieve maximum pet wellness, these plans also promote fiscal responsibility. Win-win!

An Investment in Your Pet’s Future

In contrast with pet insurance plans, which reimburse pet owners for the cost of treatment for injury or illness, our pet wellness plans are prepaid coverage for routine care. Keeping up with a pet’s changing health needs can reduce the need for costly, frightening, and painful emergency services.

Statistically, one in three pets will need emergency care at some point in their lives. Preparing for this eventuality can be done with monthly payments to a pet insurance company, or saved in an account for whenever it’s needed.

The Long View on Wellness

Our pet wellness plans can be customized for your pet’s individual needs. We spread the cost over 12 equal monthly payments. This aims to ease the burden of a larger payment due at the time of service. Payments can be automatically deducted to reduce time and stress.

Puppies and Kittens

There’s just no getting around the fact that the first year of a pet’s life is typically the most expensive.

Basic puppy plans include the following per year:

  • Unlimited nose-to-tail exams
  • All recommended vaccinations (based on lifestyle and risk)
  • Initial deworming
  • Parasite screening
  • Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlicia, and Anaplasma test
  • Two nail trimmings

To upgrade to an enhanced plan, you’d receive spay/neuter surgery, pre-anesthesia blood work and diagnostics. Ultimate puppy plans involve surgical laser sterilization, pre-surgical blood work, and everything else listed above.

Kitten plans have the same three tiers (basic, enhanced, and ultimate). The basic annual plan includes:

  • Unlimited nose-to-tail physical exams
  • Initial deworming
  • Intestinal parasite screening
  • Customized vaccinations
  • FIV/ Feline Leukemia test
  • Heartworm screening
  • Two nail trimmings

The enhanced plan includes spay/neuter surgery, pre-surgical bloodwork, and diagnostics. The ultimate plan for kittens involves the surgical laser sterilization, all diagnostics, and all services listed under the basic plan.
